I hired Cindy for a long term part time role. She appeared to be happy with the role and always had good feedback. After about 1 week, she said she had to "leave early due to a family emergency". I called her later in the day and she said her family was moving to Connecticut literally that same day. I didn't believe her. Wanting to leave a job is legitimate. However, leaving without any notice whatsoever and coming up with a weird excuse of moving out of state (on the same day), is simply immature. Cindy comes across as a nice person (and I think there is truth in this). However, her level of maturity is lacking. Based on my experience with Cindy, I can not recommend her to the Sittercity community.
