I have always loved children and watching them develop! I began babysitting when I was 12 years old, and went to college and graduated with a B.S. in Education. While in college, I consistently babysat for various families. I also worked as a kids club attendant at Mitch's Market Street Gym, in the town where I attended college. During the summer months in college, I nannied full-time for two different families (both infants). Upon graduation, I began my teaching career and spent 4 years in the classroom teaching middle school Language Arts. I made the decision to leave teaching in order to focus on the WHOLE development of a child, and wanted to give more one-on-one attention to kids. I am currently a nanny for two children in New Jersey, but relocated to the city. I have a teaching certification, as well as a Holistic Health certification. I combine my Read more love for education and cooking into my career as a nanny. I am laid-back and very caring. I am looking to connect with a family that is open-minded and creative. I sing a lot, and play a drum, a flute, and I am learning to play guitar. Music is a major component in helping raise children! I love laughter and being outdoors!
