I am a Medical Assistant for over 22 years and continue to maintain my Board Certification thru 2019. I have enjoyed a new CAREER change working as a Nanny which I truly am enjoying! It is a refreshing change of pace, and I find it to be such a rewarding experience! I love it! My experience has been raising two beautiful girls who are now 32and 34 leaving me with a wealth of knowledge having been through it all. I also have experience working for a family with an infant who was born two months premature, and is now on a great schedule of eat play and sleep. I am the type of Nanny who chooses to dedicate 100% of my time to your children! I am not on the phone, nor have the TV on when they are up. I love singing to them (don t laugh but I Read more sometimes sing X-Mas songs because they are nice and mellow), we do lots and lots of TUMMY TIME. Reading books to them is very important in my opinion no matter what age they are. I am proud to say the baby now enjoys our quiet time together when reading different types of books with little fur to touch, or pop-ups, and is now even learning to turn the pages which is awesome! I also work very hard on their grasping, muscle toning with little exercises I do with their arms and legs among many other things to help them learn and grow and navigate through the different stages they go through. This I find is so rewarding! And best of all, I love to cuddle with them and let them know they are loved just like their parents do. I am pet friendly, I grew up with animals my whole life. Every family I have worked for has had TWO dogs, all of which I have developed a strong trust and bond. One family had two small dogs who were barkers, I put them on a schedule where they both sat on my lap, and I would give them massages for their good behavior, and not barking when the baby is sleeping. My availability is wide open, I can be very flexible with the days and hours needed, and can stay late on occasion when needed. I have an excellent driving record with a very reliable car.
