To potential new family, Hello! My name is Stephanie Guzman and i am 24 years old. I am Costa Rican and very in tune with my culture and fluent in the spanish language. I have been in the nanny field for 5 years and plan to be in this field for many more. Along with being a nanny i am also on Somerville Rescue Squad where i have obtained my CPR and First Aid certifications and other basic medical training and driving training. I have experience with children from ages 3 months to 12 years old. One of the main reasons i decided to pursue this field is because of my love for children and helping parents mold their children into the best people that they can be! My top priorities while taking care of children is always making sure that they are safe and happy with any activities that Read more we are doing. Whether it be playing outside, doing arts and crafts, or doing some basic cooking/baking. Some other activities that i like to do with children are playing sports that they are interested in, playing at the park, and if it is a rainy day, watching their favorite movie or playing board games are always a fun way to keep the kids entertained. I also have over 9 years of musical experience! This includes reading music, singing, being in and working behind the scenes in stage productions, and playing the flute. So if the children are interested in any instruments, broadway shows or just love to sing this is a great way for me to connect and spend time with the children. . I believe that my skills, interests and years of experience make me an excellent nanny.
