Salut! I am a 27 year old young female graduate from Mills College with a degree in French and Francophone studies. After college, I moved to New York and worked as a live in nanny with a family in Manhattan for over two years. It was an exceptional experience. Prior to college, I babysat for English-speaking families in my hometown of Montclair, New Jersey. While in college, I babysat for my university professors. In September and early October of 2015, I was a live-in nanny in Switzerland for family friends, as they took on new job opportunities abroad. Typically, I have watched two children at one time. Yet, while in Switzerland, I took care of 3 children: 2 boys and 1 girl. The duties of this nannying opportunity consisted of live-in childcare, pre- and post- school preparations, dinner preparation (making, and serving), household chores, and nightly bed-time routines. I am bilingual and am comfortable facilitating a French speaking environment at home for French families and French speakers. I was a lifeguard and camp counselor growing up and am CPR certified and WSI certified. I also played D3 tennis in college. I am very active and love to walk, do yoga and run. In the spring of 2015, I studied in Dakar, Senegal and I have also visited France and Montreal many times. I have flexible and open availability.
