Hello Moms and Dads! I am a 32 year old caregiver/teacher I believe in age appropriate activities, developing fine motor and gross motor skills. Keeping you up to date with journal entries documenting all developmental milestones and using soft tones. I do not use "Time out" rather positive redirection with reinforcement. As children get older reward charts, or behavior modification charts. I develop a lesson plan for daily activities however children from 2 up can plan their day with my Interactive planner...(Photo's and Velcro) I don't use screen time during the day with the children....Music and motion are the only components we will need!
