Zandi arrived to the interview and seemed to be nice and good with kids. We hired her. First day on the job went well. The second day she texted me less than an hour before she was to arrive, letting me know that she couldn't come. She was needed at her other job. Okay. I'm flexible, so I said no problem and asked her to give me more notice next time. She agreed, and said she'd see me tomorrow. Day three: no call, no text, no show. Talk about inconsiderate!
