I've been a nanny for 8 years. The first year I had 2 little girls, a newborn and a 2 year-old. I was with that family for 8 months then they had to move away. Then a short 3 months later I found my long-term family and fell in love. I started off with 2 boys, ages 3 and 11. Then over the years added two more to my bunch. I went through everything from first steps, potty training, sick nights and first homework assignments. I've had other families since then. I have experience with all ages and different family styles (not all families operate the same). I'm willing to adapt and ready to learn whatever works best for your kids.
