My favorite activities with children include: reading, teaching, swimming, arts & crafts, and going places such as the library or some place fun About me, my skills, and experience: I’m 31 years old with 20 years of experience as a nanny/babysitter. I’ve cared for and helped raise many children ages newborn to 11, including over 3 years with boys on the autism spectrum, 2 of these boys with ADHD as well. I’ve had 12 long-term full/part time children and countless regular sitting clients. I am experienced with up to 4 children but would consider 5 if older. While my experience ranges I'm looking to care for children ages 4 and up. I have my Associate’s degree in the social sciences and a nearly finished Bachelor’s of science in Psychology, but I’ve chosen to finish pursuing my education later in Albuquerque.I am CPR and a First Aid certified and will gladly Read more recertify when the time comes if desired. My minivan seats up to 5 people in the back and 1 passenger up front. The middle seats fold individually into the car which makes for convenient space for sports equipment. I'm available: My ideal schedule is within 12pm-6am Mon-Fri, but I will consider weekends. Philosophy: Creativity and learning are big YESes for me, so I try to foster them in all children. Home activities may include reading and arts & crafts such as, drawing, coloring, and making jewelry. I also like to take children to the library and introduce them to new subjects and stories to foster the desire to read and expand their knowledge and array of interests. I gladly help teach young children to read and love tutoring and helping with homework. I also encourage children to spend a little time outside and exercising, weather permitting. I’m currently residing in Virginia Beach, Va but looking to move in with family in Albuquerque ASAP. First I am seeking a Nanny position to take in $2800+/mo gross, which would be $17+/hr full-time or more if part-time, if you are looking to pay nanny employer taxes. I am free to leave my current nanny employer on Labor Day 2019, possibly earlier if they are able to find a suitable replacement nanny

I was very lucky to come across Patricia here on sittercity. I had another sitter lined up to watch my 1 year old daughter and 5 minutes before my husband and I were supposed to leave the other one called and cancelled. I called Patricia right away and she was able to come to our rescue. She was great with Hailey and followed direction well. I would definitely recommend Patricia if you are looking for a dependable sitter.
