Hello! My name is Contessa Padilla I just turned 29. I am going to school for Elementary Education because i love to teach! I believe when learning it should be exciting and structured. Lessons ought to be designed for children to create, to imagine, and to discover through fun activities and games. For various lessons i use visuals, allow curious children to ask questions, and just let children have fun while exploring. With much patience I like to bring out the potential in children through encouragement and lots of smiles. I absolutely love to teach with tender love and care. When interacting with children I would treat them as if they were my own through undivided attention, hungry time, play time, tummy time, bath time, book time, and question time etc. The reason why I became a caregiver is because after opportunity of babysitting for an Attorney and Montessori teacher Read more I realized what a great experience it is to enable children to express themselves in their own way in order to build critical thinking skills and to build self-confidence through various learning methods. The reason i love this job is because i just enjoy caring for children and have the opportunity to take part in developing their character and giving the tools needed to become life-long learners. What makes me good at my job is I have the ability to get down to a child's level and really see life from their perspective and interact with them through various games enabling them to have fun while learning.
