Ashley expressed interest in a job I had posted and said she would be able to help on some days I needed child care. We had exchanged texts and arranged a meeting time to discuss the position. On the day of the meeting I called to confirm and never heard back. Ashley was a no call, no show for the meeting we had arranged.
