Hey, I'm Luz! Originally from Mexico, I emigrated to the US in 2017 and currently live in Green Valley with my husband. My childcare experience dates back to when I was a teenager volunteering for my community church, working with children between 6-8 years old on activities like singing, coloring, and writing. While pursuing my bachelor’s degree, I provided childcare at a local restaurant on weekends and regularly babysat my younger cousins. Before moving to Henderson, I worked at a daycare with 8-10 children in Southern California, where tasks included meal preparation, feeding, diaper changes, games, and cleaning. Coming from a large family, childcare has been a significant part of my life. It comes naturally to me. In addition, I am certified in pediatric CPR, AED, and basic first aid. During my free time I enjoy travel, cooking, thrifting, tennis, swimming, and movies.
