I have experience with childcare for the past 7 years. I also have worked in the kids care center at Lifetime Fitness Center off of Charleston in Summerlin where I cared for 4-9 infants at a time on my own with ease (I specialized in the infant room). Though I have experience with children new born to 12. I worked at North Church in Henderson with their childcare center. My experience extends to one on one care for both boys and girls from newborn to 12 years old. I love caring for children beyond the minimum that is required. Being a large part of you and your children's lives is something that I take seriously seeing as your sitter can spend 10-40 plus hours a week with your children. That being said, a sitter has a large impact and influence on your children's development, behavior, and childhood overall. I love interacting with children, helping them, challenging them to progress whether it be something as simple as making new vocal sounds, or something as large as working on rolling over unaided, working on walking, reading, talking, or finally mastering the art of multiplication. The hours that you spend away from your kids would not simply be your children being off your hands for the hours that you work, they would be a time of pursuing excellence intellectually, creatively, actively/physically (walking, sports etc), and emotionally. They would be hours of improvement, personal interaction, and time to make memories.
