Hello! My name is Casey Alterio. I just completed a Masters Study at Syracuse University in Education. I studied to become a music educator. Throughout my college career, I worked in child care and babysat many families in Syracuse. I worked at Rothschild Early Childhood center in Syracuse as a "floater" which qualified me to work in any room necessary from infancy to school-age. I worked every mornings and most afternoons. My duties as a child care provider were to be flexible and timely for the purpose of serving the needs of the children first. I was trained in childcare under OCFS and am currently getting a certification in basic life support and CPR for infants and adults. My interest in education and child care grew from my experience working with children in various educational and home environments. I’m dedicated, reliable, consistent and passionate about working with all children.
