Hi there, So far I worked for a couple really nice families in Long Island and 1 in Connecticut. The ages of the children I cared for were 6 weeks-14 years old. I got them ready for school, picked them up from school, took them to the local library, arranged play dates, assisted with homework and prepared breakfast, packed lunch and helped with dinner. While the kids were at school, I did the kids laundry, organized their closets and drawers, and tidied up their rooms playrooms. While the kids were in school, I ran errands, such as dropping of dry cleaning, doing grocery shopping, and going to the post office. During these 13 years, I also worked with special needs kids, such as kids with allergies, ADHD, Autism. I'm easy to get along with and children usually feel comfortable around me very quickly. I'm working in a pre k now ( my main class is 3-5 years olds, but I also cover the babyrooms, which is from 3 months) so I'm either looking for a full time position or a part time, couple days a week.
