Kim’s Bio

My name is Kim L. and I absolutely love children. I graduated from Buffalo State in May of 2013 with my Bachelors of Science in Social Work. I am looking to seek mostly a part-time nanny position because I also do cleaning jobs on the side, however, I am very flexible. I am certified in First Aid & CPR. I have five plus years of child care experience. I worked for the YMCA from September 2008 to June 2013. There I was a swim instructor, a sports coach and a head of group in the before/after school program. In the summer and currently, I nanny for 1-3 children. I do all types of activities such as taking them to the zoo or the library, crafts, baking projects, crafts, volunteer type crafts, and many more special activities. I enjoy being active, outside and creative in my position. I enjoy pets as well and have experience with children with special needs such as diabetes.
*If you would like to see some of the crafts I have implemented I am happy to share my PhotoBucket album via email*
*Also, I did have a background and fingerprinting check through the YMCA but do not have the extra money to do it for this site. My references can speak volumes of my dedication to safety and care for children.*
