My name is Julia Feist. I recently got married, and have quite a bit of free time before I start my career at one of the big four accounting firms. I would love to take on a part time nanny position, or babysitting role before I start working in the late Fall. In addition to my role as a caretaker, I will be studying for the CPA exam, as that is the only other obligation I have at the moment. I have a bachelors degree in Accounting, and a minor in Education from Binghamton University. My passion for caring for children, coupled with my childhood Education minor make me a strong candidate for the job as your nanny/babysitter. Additionally, I have 4 years experience as a babysitter. The children I've watched were my neighbor's kids, (Ages: 1. 5, 4, and 6 yrs), my cousins, (Ages: 5, 8, 10, and 14 Read more yrs) and my parents' friends' children, (Ages: 7 and 10 yrs). I care about living a healthy lifestyle and being in shape, as I was a teacher's assistant in the Triathlon training class in my last year of college. I enjoy playing outside, doing arts and crafts, and planning fun educational activities. In addition to my strong babysitting skills, I've had experience working with children (ages 7 through 14) during my two years as a camp counselor for the Bellport Kids Camp. I am a motivated individual who can easily adapt to all tasks and routines that are characteristic of a busy family as my schedule is flexible. Additionally, I have experience in all responsibilities related to the job of a nanny. I enjoy cooking and am experienced with housekeeping responsibilities such as doing laundry, shopping for groceries, doing meal preparation, and cleaning. I am an understanding, patient, and positive person who is also very detail oriented. Due to my experience with children of all ages, along with a strong desire to care for children, I believe I am a great fit for your family.
