I am 25-year-old who is new to Binghamton, NY and is available to start working immediately. I have been working professionally with children for the last 9 years, although I've been babysitting since I was about 13. I've worked in child care for a reputable gym in California, was a Sunday school teacher for 2-year-olds for five years, nannied for five different families, and was the director for a special needs program for four years. The families I nannied for varied in ages from newborn to 8 years old. My special needs program had approximately 40 children ranging from 4 months to 21 years old. Within that program, I was blessed to have been able to work with children who have Autism, Down syndrome, CP, as well as other lesser known diagnoses. I love being as active as possible with children! Outdoor activities, play dates, field trips, parks, crafts and Read more anything to have fun. I am open to nannying in either my own house or yours. I have been First Aid and CPR certified in the past. I have also worked with children with feeding tubes. I love to cook and am very familiar with cooking for children with various dietary restrictions, and I myself eat strictly gluten free as I have Celiac Disease. I'm hoping to find a family that needs a nanny during the day time, within the 8-5 area. I am available to babysit occasionally on the weekends, however do not wish to work every weekend. My hourly rate varies depending on the number of children in the family. I am eager to start working with kids again soon. Nannying is the best job I've ever had, and I can't wait to get started.
