My name is Andrea but everyone calls me Annie! I became interested in the nanny profession when my twin cousins were born! I was about 11-12 years old and always seemed to hog them by letting nobody else hold them, or as my sisters called it...I was "obsessed"!! I was 12 and they were 8 weeks when I first started to babysit them by myself! I loved it! Ever since then, every job I've had has been in child care! I worked in a daycare facility until the building caught on fire! I then worked for an in home daycare as an assistant manager/teacher having all the responsibilities of breakfast, circle time of learning, snack time, story time, then lunch, followed by nap time, afternoon snack, craft time & homework time if needed & then free play until pickup! I watched infants as young as 5 weeks up to school Read more aged kids around 12! My favorite age is newborns up till around 4! This is only because I like to watch the children grow and help them sit, roll, crawl, walk, talk, laugh etc... I love watching that little tiny baby grow up! I nannied for a 4 week old! Unfortunately it only lasted a few months because the mother breast fed the baby girl so she wanted nothing to do with a bottle no matter how hard we all tried! I also nannied for my niece & nephew, from birth till preschool, for both of my older sisters! My last nanny job was for a little 3 year old girl & 11 month old boy! I nannied / house cleaning & laundry for them for about a year when their parents decided to enroll them into preschool because they were having socialization problems! Anyways, I am CPR & first aid registered, have absolutely no record, not even a traffic ticket, have my own car, clean drivers license & I am more than willing to give background checks because I have absolutely nothing to hide!!
