My name is Amanda, I am 22 years old and very interested in your job posting. I have worked in a daycare center where I was stationed in the newborn room for at least 1 year. I would like to say I am highly trained to work with newborns on their physical and developmental needs. I have been an afterschool worker for the past 3 years whilst attending CUNY Hostos Community College. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I am also CPR/First Aid Certified. I normally work with 2nd and 3rd graders and help them with their homework. I am patient and love being able to help children grow in any skill they can. As a babysitter, I love having learning experiences with the children. I am always planning for enjoyable, interactive and fun activities for your child. These activities are done indoors and outdoors. Not only arts and crafts but also sometimes science experiments, nothing that will harm your child. As we know CoronaVirus is still present unfortunately and many outdoor activities are prohibited, I know what will still allow your child to be active and have fun. Don't worry, I always clean up.
