Hi ! My name is Shauna, I'm 23 years old, almost 24. I started since my younger brother was born, but started working professionally with newborns when I was 16. My first official job was to take care of twin girls from birth until their second birthday while mother was at work, which involved feedings, changing diapers and or clothing, and occasional bathes. Many parents would think that I wouldn't be fit for the job because of the age, but trust me, I am. I'm 100% dependable, I'm always on time and available to work overtime with absolutely no problem. Also, my mother is a nanny as well and she's been with the same family for 3 years since their first child was born. Now that family has another baby and my mother enjoys it a lot. I'd love to have that too, hopefully with you.

I was so nervous about hiring a babysitter I found online but Shauna had excellent references and her demeanor put me at ease so I gave it a try. My daughter was almost 3 months old and I hadn't had a night out since before she was born. A friend got tickets to a Broadway musical and insisted I go with her. I put an ad up here, a week in advance, looking for a sitter for the evening. After going through several replies, I decided to hire Shauna. All of her references checked out and she had the experience I was looking for. She sat with Janis that night and everything went fine. I have since hired her several more times to babysit while I run errands. She is always on time. She never leaves the house a mess. She immediately responds to my texts when I check on Janis and most important, my daughter lights up when she sees her. Give Shauna a try, you won't be disappointed!
