I interviewed Lisa over the phone, and we agreed to meet in person. I stressed to her that I would be keeping the children awake just to meet her and that our weekend evening plans would revolve around our in-person interview. She did not show, nor did she text or call. This speaks volumes about the kind of unreliable, disrespectful sitter she would be if hired and your children depended on her.
