Hello! I have been teaching Pre-Kindergarten in Astoria, Queens, for the past two years and am currently certified to teach Early Childhood Education in New York State. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and will be attending Hunter College in the Fall to pursue a Master's Degree in Special Education with a specialization in Behavior Disorders. I have always thoroughly enjoyed working with young children. I believe wholeheartedly that a person's first six years on Earth are the most important, determining years of their life. They learn how to problem solve and how to navigate challenges successfully. They learn how to respect others as well as themselves.
