SLEEP TRAINING / INFANT CARE / POSTPARTUM HELP My name is Varya. Through my 15 years of experience as a nanny and 5 years as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, I found that my biggest strength, as well as passion, is to help new parents with their brand new babies. I help families set up systems, organize their space and teach the little ones to sleep on their own, using gentle techniques and finding each baby's own cues and rhythms. I bring with me a decade's worth of knowledge and wisdom on how to raise happy, healthy, curious, and loving little humans while supporting new parents in their transition into parent life. Through the endless chaos of Covid, I, like most of us, had to adjust how I conduct my work. Seeing multiple clients at once is no longer an easy option. While I am, of course, fully vaccinated, I Read more still do my best to social distance and reduce my social circle to a minimum. Therefore, my ideal employment would be with a family who needs sleep training help as well as daily care for their infant, essentially, coming on board as a nanny/doula for a short period of time of up to 3 months. However, I am happy to consider different options as well as online and over-the-phone consultations- feel free to reach out! My other skills and interest include singing, playing guitar, Monica-level organizing, crafts of any and all kinds, cooking, baking, knitting, and master swaddling! Additionally, I am fluent in Russian as well as English and am happy to speak either language around the baby :) References and Certifications will be provided upon request.
