I've been working with children in a variety of settings for the past 10 years. I have experience working with children in infancy through high school age. I worked as a nanny during the summers for 7 years. When I began, the children were 4 and 8 years old. I was responsible for preparing their meals during the day, planning and implementing activities and trips, supervising chores, and transporting to appointments and events. In addition, I've taught church programs and Sunday school (Kindergarten and first grade), babysat frequently, and worked in after school care (Kindergarten through fifth grade) at a private school. After graduating with my degree in education in December 2014, I worked full-time as a Kindergarten long-term substitute. I currently work for Denver Public Schools and enjoy babysitting in my free time.
