Joan has been my son's nanny for 7 years and she's a pro at caring for kids. When my son was an infant, twice I got feedback from acquaintances - unsolicited - who had seen Joan out in the neighborhood with my son and were impressed by how much and how well she interacted with him. She has an excellent sense of what to teach children when; a firm and loving approach to discipline; and a fun-loving way that meshes so well with my son. She's honest, respectful, and trust-worthy. I highly recommend Joan. We would keep her longer with our family, but I am changing my work schedule and no longer need a nanny. I hope she finds a great new family to work with!
