Hi, my name is Suzy and I am an MSW student at NYU where I am studying to be a child therapist who specializes in trauma. Working with children is my life passion. I have worked with children in Cambodia and most recently as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Africa and as a Second Grade Teacher's Assistant in Harlem, NY. I have experience as a nanny with various families in NYC. Nannying is more than a job -- I take the role of a caretaker very seriously because I know how important forming strong and healthy bonds are during the formative years. Additionally, I love seeing the world from children's perspectives and witnessing their curiosity and growth. When time allows, I am interested in working on art projects and doing athletics with children whom I nanny. I am also able to help with homework and do light housekeeping.
