I am in a long-term masters program for special education 1-6. My professional background is in education; with a 7+ year tenure working with young adults/ young children. This background includes a bachelors of arts and sciences at Salve Regina University (Newport, RI) in Biology and Secondary Education. I am certified as a secondary biology teacher in New York state, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. In my free time, I enjoy playing music and sports. I have taught guitar and drum lessons in the past, my students were ages 10-12. As far as sports go, I'm interested in running & basketball. I'm also interested in culinary arts - eating and cooking healthy food is a big part of my lifestyle.
