We posted an ad for an occasional babysitter to care for our two boys. She responded to our job ad and seemed to have a strong background working with kids. We liked her profile and experience. We followed up with her via email within a few days and never heard back. I'm finding that many of the caregivers on sittercity seem to lack the "professionalism" to follow through. I understand things come up in life but do others the courtesy of communicating your change in availability. Chuck and Monica C.
