I have been a private childcare provider for over 6 years. I am a self motivated and creative professional seeking a position that will fully utilize a diversity of skill sets in childcare. I am a caring, energetic, and responsible individual interested in creating deeply trusting and personal reationships between myself and each family I work with. My patience and loving nature provides a comfortable environment in which a child feels safe to explore and learn.   I enjoy sharing my interests with the children and families I work with and hope to learn more about the interests of the family as well. Working with a family is a great responsibility, as well as a great learning experience. Being a nanny of young children means watching them grow and observing their behavioral development. I am empathetic and conscientious of children's needs and ways of expressing themselves.  If there are special needs, it is important that good communication occur between the family and myself so that I can do the best job possible and so that the child or children have the best possible care.
