I found myself taking some time off from my place of employment in August of 2013. As a Mom myself of a 3 year-old, and a 5 year-old at the time, I found myself caring for 2 children. One child a neighbor's daughter who was 5; I watched her before and after school. The 3 year-old boy I've watched since he was 15 months-old; on weekends and evenings as well as during the week while his mother worked. In my opinion, nothing prepares you to care for children more than having children of your own. I ABSOLUTELY love children; my greatest joy and highest accomplishment is being a Mom.
