I have spent the last two years teaching children at a small private school on Long Island, but have decided that I would like to work more one-on-one with kids. I have taught myriad subjects to children from Third all the way to Eleventh grade. I specialize in classics and humanities such as literature, poetry, music, history, arts, and Latin, but I am quite comfortable with sciences, mathematics and crafts too! I love sharing knowledge and my passion for it with young minds and getting to know their unique, developing personalities. My experience teaching would make me both happy and comfortable taking on the role of governess/tutor for your child/children.
