Hello! My name is Jessica Murphy, I am a 22 year old recent college graduate, with a bachelors in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. I currently work at the Boys and Girls Club, where I look after and instruct many activities for children ages 4 to 13. My family runs a small daycare and I have always helped and cared for infants and toddlers ! I have always loved working and caring for children, and it is something I hope to continue throughout my life and career! I am extremely patient and will be more than willing to help with homework or any other projects. I would love to give a helping hand and I hope to hear from you soon! -Jessica

Started off very engaged and eager to learn but then became careless around the house and with ensuring our kids safety. She texted on her way to work on a Monday morning 5 min after she was supposed to start for the day that caregiving wasn't for her and she was quitting. There was no proper goodbye with the kids. Quite disappointing and unfortunate, especially for the kids sake. She seemed so nice, sweet and caring throughout the interview process and her time caring for our kids but, she just isn't a reliable option.

Report

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
