My name is Jennifer and I am interested in your job posting. A little history about me: I am a single mother of a 25 year old daughter. I have a great sense of humor, am loving, caring, patient and dedicated to the children I care for. I have 30+ years of babysitting/mother’s helper/nanny and assistant pre-school teacher experience. I also helped in the raising of my brother’s four children, who are now various ages. I started my career with the YMCA as an assistant teacher in their daycare program for 7 years. The program was for 2-5 year olds. I moved on to work for CW Post Collage in their daycare program, which was 6wks - pre-k. I left there to start my own family. For the past 8 years I have been working as a full time nanny for three different families who had twins and siblings. I Read more am very comfortable working with multiple kids at one time. I've been working with the last full-time family for 6 years. I left that job because I moved. Since I was following a school schedule, I had summers off, which gave me the opportunity to work in The Hamptons for a family for both brother (4 years) and sister (2 years).
