I had the opportunity to interview Jinnet and I absolutely loved her. She asked great questions regarding my discipline techniques, routines and preferences. She was extremely knowledgeable of my sons disability, ADHD, and quite personable. Jinnet's reference gave a glowing recommendation and I was impressed with her ability to interact with my VERY SHY child. Jinnet presented as a well rounded, intelligent and competent individual at her interview and I wish I had the opportunity to get to know her better. I have never had a babysitter, aside from family, so my decision was not easy. I narrowed the list down to 2 lovely ladies that I had interviewed and I chose another woman based simply on availability. Jinnet is overly qualified and I am sorry I she won't be working with us. She graciously accepted our decision and offered her assistance should the current sitter not work out.
