I lined up Michelle to watch my daughter while I was traveling to Long Island for a high school reunion. All of our communication beforehand was great - I could tell that Michelle would be a great fit for my family. She was thorough, professional and timely in her reponses. I checked her references and felt great about using her. On the morning that I was to travel to the Island, my daughter woke up with a fever and I was unable to make the trip. When I called to cancel, Michelle was, again, professional and courteous. I wish that I was able to use her, but plan to do so in the future. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend!
