My name is Erin and I am 37 years old. I have 2 children, they are both in school full time. I currently am a pet-sitter for two adorable cats, and a Nanny for two families in Syracuse, where I care for a 14 month old and a 4 month old. I also take care of their animals in their home and mine. My responsibilities also include some light housework and laundry. I have experience with all ages, as I previously operated a daycare out of my home. I love to read and to play outdoors, as there is so much to learn and explore in our natural surroundings. I adore children and believe that they should be free to express themselves and learn using a hands-on approach. I feel that consistency is key to good behavior and allows a child to grow more independently. Cleanliness is very important, but Read more letting kids "be kids" is something I feel strongly about.
