Hi! I'm Jamie! I am 27 years old. I have been around kids my whole life due to my mom owning a daycare. I started working in the daycare center setting when I was 16 (during school breaks) and started full time around 19 years old. I have worked with every age group from 6 weeks to 12 years. I have been a full time head infant teacher for the last 5 years! :) Responsibilities I had while the children were in my care were to basically be the "daytime mommy" for up to 8 infants with a co teacher, and keep a clean, friendly, and fun learning environment for the children to grow and explore! I think its very important for kids to not only explore their environment inside as well as explore their environment outside.
