I moved to NYC in May 2009 after graduation from Michigan State University. I am currently a freelance fashion designer, working part time. I got married in August 2014 to my husband, Josh and we live in Long Island City. I love being around kids and enjoy babysitting. I have a well rounded background in childcare, including volunteering for a summer day camp, as well as an overnight camp counselor. I began babysitting when I was in 7th grade. I quickly grew a large client list and babysat for many families multiple times a week for several years. Duties included but were not limited to the following: - Preformed various tasks, among which: preparing, serving, and feeding healthy and well balanced meals to children, changing diapers, dressing the children, and assisting parents as needed. - Organized various activities, entertained and played with the children, while keeping a watchful eye to Read more ensure their safety. - Cleaned as needed and tidied up after the children. I am honest, fun, energetic, and responsible. I feel comfortable sitting for children and babies of all ages and as a great multi-tasker, I am capable of sitting for multiple children at a time.
