Ann-marie has taken care of my daughter (4-years old) and son (15-months old) since they were brought home from the hospital. My children absolutely adore her. She remains a part of our family. She is an excellent caregiver who is nurturing, kind and observant of each child's needs. Ann-marie ensures that each child is active with, among other things, playdates, trips to the park, physical activity and educational games. She also ensures that the children maintain healthy diets (preparing delicious meals that accommodates each child's dietary interests and nutritional requirements). My children are happy and thriving and I owe that, in very large measure, to the love and care Ann-marie has given to them. Ann-marie is reliable, hardworking, professional and will conscientiously care for newborns, toddlers, young children and preteens. I highly recommend Ann-marie as a nanny and caregiver.

I couldn’t ask for a better nanny than Ann Marie. She is professional, experienced, responsible, knowledgeable, reliable, personable and most of all loving. Ann Marie has been with us for the last 5 months (since my son was 3 months old). She has helped in developing structure around his feeding and napping schedule and has done an amazing job working with him to develop his physical/motor skills. She isn’t someone who just sits around and watches your child – she really interacts and works with them. In addition to feeding, napping and exercises, she sings, reads, plays and takes our son on long walks. She’s also very organized and keeps track of his daily activities and always communicates any issues or concerns. She has earned our trust and respect in just a short amount of time. Our son’s face lights up and he smiles and laughs every morning when she walks through the door. We have all come to love her so much and are so sad to be losing her. Any family looking for a nanny would be lucky to have her.

Ann-Marie looked after our 3 months old daughter. This position was only short term (3 months) because our daughter started pre-school/kindergarten. During this time, Ann-Marie was a great help to us and our daughter just loved her ( you could tell by the smile on the baby's face as soon as the nanny walked into the room). A-M took the baby on long walks every day, made sure our daughter got enough tummy time, worked with her on sitting up, sang and read stories etc and cleaned after the baby ( bottles, diapers). i can recommend Ann-Marie and you will love her personality.

Ann Marie provided full time care for my toddler son and I am extremely pleased with her work. Ann Marie was always punctual (always called if running late, which rarely happened) and took a personal interest in providing the best care for my son. She looked for creative ways to engage my son in learning activities and was always encouraging my son to learn new skills/words. As my toddler is a very active boy, it was important to me that he had a way to 'let out' his energy and to spend time playing outside in the park or even just go out for a stroll. Ann Marie always ensured that this need was met. Ann Marie was always responsive to my constructive criticism and was eager to take my feedback for the sake of performing her role better. I did not have to have many of these conversations at all, but I truly felt that Ann Marie and my husband/I were working as a team to give our son his best. When my son caught a common virus and ran a high fever, Ann Marie responded with immediacy and calmness. I was very impressed with her sense of responsibility in staying with me to go to the doctor, even when it was past her working hours. I would recommend Ann Marie as a care provider for children of all ages.

Ann-marie has been an excellent full-time caregiver for our newborn son. She is responsible, thoughtful, and reliable. She has been a partner with us in developing a feeding and sleeping schedule for our son. Ann-marie is very easy to work with, and as a true professional she takes suggestions and constructive criticism in stride. We appreciate that in addition to cleaning up bottles, toys etc. she also performs some light cleaning around the house, without being asked. Most importantly she is a very calming presence around our son and she has earned our full trust in a short period of time. Our family is moving to another city, otherwise we would have no reservations in keeping Ann-marie on a longer term basis. I highly recommend her for a nanny or sitter position.

We interviewed Ann-Marie for a "full-time" nanny position, but decided to hire a "friend of a friend" instead. Besides, she was definitely our first choice. We have been very impressed by Ann-Marie's nice personality, professionalism, great aptitudes with children, dedication to work, and appreciated her punctuality for the interview. As a matter of fact, I warmly recommend her for a sitter position.
