I'm her ex employee, the only one she had as a nanny in NY. While she was great with our son, she quit after working just over 1 year, without any notice or explanation, leaving my family how trusted her our child and home, distressed. While searching for an immidiat replacement/back-up care, I came across her profile and see several points that are not true: 1) paid experiance was only with our family - for 1 year (not 2.5 years), before that she only helped her mother over the summer in ukrain in a daycare like facility; 2) don't have experiance with twins; 3) I'm her only work reference and I will not give her one.
