Hi, my name is Dely Trevino-Padilla. I recently moved to New York. I am originally from Texas and am looking for a rewarding job in my field of expertise, working with children, but in a smaller setting. My whole life experience has been with kids. My first job, at 15, was being a tutor for 8th graders for 2 years. Following a position to work with young teens in 9th grade English for a year. After that, I worked for an after school program as a Youth Development Specialist and Assistant Program Manager for approximately 4 years (ages 4-14) until I graduated college and became a Teacher. I've worked with 3rd grade bilingual students (8-9 year olds) for the past 7 years, but have had the opportunity to experience working with children ages 4-12 throughout those years and during the summers as well. I have a Bachelor of Science in Read more Early Childhood through 4th grade and a Masters in Leadership and Policy Studies, also in Education. I am CPR and First aid certified. I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. I have worked with various church groups in their young children and youth ministries along with Vacation Bible Schools in the U.S and Mexico. I am energetic, fun loving, creative, and adventurous teacher. I adore being around children, but am looking to spend time with a smaller group of kiddos versus 25+ loves at a time.
