We would like to highly recommend our nanny, Francis Garcia. We are moving cities at the end of June and wish we could have convinced her to come with us (we tried)! She is truly fantastic and we trust her completely. Francis has years of experience as a nanny. She has worked with us for two years, lovingly supporting our now 3.5 and 2 year-old girls. She is a mother herself with grown children and treats our children as she does her own, with a nurturing love that I can’t quite put into words. But she also knows exactly when to put her foot down and set limits with our ever-testing toddlers, creating a warm and secure environment for our girls. She is both playful and instructive, and because of the love she has for those she cares for, she has created a very special bond with our daughters. Our girls love and adore Francis and their smile are never bigger than when Francis shows up every morning. Because of her many years of experience in New York and her outgoing personality, she makes friends quickly with others mothers and nannies, creating an instant network of friends and playdates for our daughters. As such, she has our daughters wonderfully socialized with other children and on a fantastic schedule of dance classes, music classes and play dates in addition to preschool with our oldest. We have even received multiple compliments from our preschool teachers at how she cares for our children. When she leaves every night, our apartment (and daughters) are clean and our girls have eaten a good dinner, so that when we come home from work, we can simply enjoy our evening time with our daughters. Most importantly, in addition to making our lives easier, she makes our lives fuller as she really has become an integral part of our family. We absolutely adore Francis and are truly heart-broken that we have to leave.
