Priscila sounded great on her profile and on the phone. We set up an in-person interview and she did not show up. When I contacted her to see if she was going to show up, she wanted to come 45 minutes late. This was a sign of her lack of timeliness and responsibility (e.g. showing up at an interview), so we asked her not to come.

She sounded great on her profile and very presentable on the phone. As a result, we set up an in-person interview. When I texted her 15 minutes past the meeting time to see if she was running late, she said she was caught up her work and she could come 45 minutes late. I asked her not to come as it shows she is not responsible or punctual.
