Hi! My name is Colleen, and I am currently a Freshman at the University of Vermont studying Business Administration. I will be in the greater New York City area from the beginning of May to the end of August and am looking for a full-time nannying position for the summer. I absolutely love working with kids and have a lot of experience. I worked at a children's summer day camp summers of 2011, 2012, and 2013. I was a camp counselor for groups of 3/4-year-olds my first two summers, specializing with one 2-year-old during the afternoons of my second summer. I was promoted to Sports Director my third summer, which involved planning, organizing, and leading sports activities for groups of campers ages 2-8. I also have been sporadically babysitting since I was 15 years old. Specifically, I steadily babysit for a family with 4 kids (ages 4-12) from May 2012-August Read more 2014. Duties included preparing meals, bathing, putting the children to bed, and occasionally driving around to activities and play dates. Outside of paid work experience I also have 2 nieces and a nephew (ages 7, 5, and newborn) and have spent a lot of time caring for them. I am CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certified.
