Hello my name is Alexa, I am 24 years old with over 6 years of Childcare experience. Born and raised in New York (UWS area) fluent English speaker and I also know some Spanish. CPR trained and certified aswell as completed 15 hour course in infant health and safety. I love and really enjoy taking care of children and always have. I am very helpful when it comes to infants and toddlers developmental milestones (such as moving on to solid foods,tummy time, talking and etc) I like to include reading,music,singing and dancing into children's everyday life with arts &crafts as well as learning activities being introduced at 12 months. And pre school prep beginning at 2 I was a teacher at a daycare for 2 years where I cared for and taught infants and toddlers 3 months till 4 years. Where I created lessons, projects and activities for each day. Read more As well as trips. ( I am very familiar with parks,libraries,book stores,museums and more) and love to be outside I am Very familiar with bottle prep(breast milk/formula) as well as food prep. (Purée of fruits/veggies, lunch, snacks) I really enjoy baking and like to have toddlers help in prepping/decorating All around I would say I am just a friendly, energetic, very mature person who just enjoys being with children and being a help to families.
