My Mother owns and operates a home daycare that has now been open for over 30 years. I grew up with this environment and absolutely love children. Some call me the "baby whisperer". Personally, I've been babysitting once I got my SafeSitter certification at age 13 and run what we call Babysitting Bazaars atleast once or twice a year whenever I've been home from college. This consists of an evening with anywhere between 10-25 children of ages 1 to High School under my care and supervision. It's just so much fun! As a personal nanny, I have solely cared for two infants. One (Rory) in 2010 from 6 months to 13 months until I left for grad school in the UK and the other (Maggie) when I returned from the UK in early 2014.
