I am an Art History major who graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 2013, where I also studied developmental psychology. As a component to my coursework, I served as a teacher's aide for the college's Childhood Development Center, in classes of two- and four-year-olds. My interest in working with children began with the bond I felt to my young cousins. At the Development Center, my proudest achievement was engaging and encouraging a child who had been highly withdrawn and uncommunicative. Within a few short weeks, she became significantly more comfortable learning and playing with her classmates. I have extensive experience babysitting multiple children at once, between the ages of 3 and 12. In my free time, I like to read or practice singing. I am extremely knowledgeable about world history and western art history. I would be very happy to tutor your children in either subject, or accompany them on Read more museum adventures! I am fluent in German and Spanish. I would be delighted to speak in these languages with your children. I am an astute, warm, and highly resilient individual who adores children and values their education. I am also a master of stain removal! I am certified by the American Red Cross in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
