I am a warm, loving, compassionate person and very dedicated to caring for children. This position would be more than a job to me. As I love working with children. I am seeking more that just an income since children are the future of tomorrow and I would be very committed to my childcare duties. A majority of the day should be spent playing and working on social skills like sharing and communicating with their peers. Play activities should also involve their gross and fine motor skills. Other learning goals should be addressed at reading time: recognizing numbers, letters, shapes, colors, etc. Interaction with the child is very important. Home is where they learn rules, morals, manners and love. You should have fun with the children, but also emphasize the importance of learning by reinforcing concepts that they learned at school.
