The only reason why I'm not giving her a full 5 stars is because we haven't actually seen Meg in action yet asa babysitter. She interviewed for our position and we were torn between her and the person we finally hired, who we went with for logistical reasons. We really liked Meg's personality and the kids took to her immediately while she was here interviewing. We were so close to hiring her that we checked her two references, both of whom couldn't say enough good things about her, confirming what we suspected, that she has a natural rapport with kids and is independent. We plan on using Meg on an ad hoc basis for nighttime babysitting after which I'm sure will lead to me adding the 5th star to this review.
